Senior Content Marketing Manager

What you’ll do 👀

• Plan and own MoonPay's overall content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Research, define and document our B2B and B2C buyer personas.
• Define brand messaging guidelines and tone of voice, clearly documenting both to ensure they are used in all external content and communications.
• Be hands-on and involved in all aspects of content production - primarily long-form copy.
• Edit and give final approval for all external facing content and communications, from blogs to press releases.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
• Oversee that all our content is SEO optimized and aligned with our SEO strategy.

You should apply if ✅

• Previous experience in leading a content team and owning the content strategy.
• Outstanding copywriting and editing skills.
• Previous experience in defining personas, tone of voice and brand messaging.
• Versatile writing style to suit multiple audience segments and personas (both B2B and B2C).
• Proven ability to distill and simplify complex technical details into engaging, exciting content.
• Previous experience working at technology companies, fintech preferred (crypto ideal).
• Experience in producing a wide range of content, from guides to webinars to infographics.
• You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (journalism, English, modern languages etc.).
