Resourcer

As a Resourcer at IO Global you are responsible for supporting our recruitment partners in finding the best people for our vacancies. You will be provided with job descriptions and adverts that reflect what we are looking for in each role and you will search for relevant individuals who fit these requirements. You will use various research methods and resources to find candidates and integrate yourself into relevant communities and groups.

Requirements

Your role

• Apply your understanding of the recruitment process and time scales to manage internal client expectations
• Understand the processes, procedures and requirements of our internal recruitment system (Workable)
• Identify suitable candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct marketing to attract candidates
• Develop strong relationships with candidates through networking
• Complete relevant background checks and referencing
• Work with urgency to ensure that candidates are identified for technical recruiters in a timely manner
• Produce ad-hoc reports as required
• Ensure adherence to candidate data compliance rules
• Understand the requirements of internal vacancies
• Source candidates and build relationships to ensure effective matching
• Cooperate with and support technical recruiters
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure overall office success and maximise opportunities.

Location

IO Group is a fully distributed organization and therefore this is a remote position, due to team distribution there is a preference for an EU time zone.

Your expertise

• Experience working as a Resourcer, ideally within the blockchain industry, financial technology, or decentralized finance
• Degree-educated or equivalent.
