Product Manager, Token Economics (Remote)

Mission:
Our Token is a product in its own right that requires special attention and a medium to long-term roadmap to ensure its growth and success. You will be responsible for developing potential new CHSB utilities, improving existing ones and finding long term growth strategies.

Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in European timezone, not just in Switzerland.

What you might be doing:

• Create, follow and update the SwissBorg Token roadmap
• Research and innovate to propose evolutions of our token and how to integrate it into the product and optimize our ecosystem to make it sustainable and attractive
• Lead the development of prototype of mechanism that could be developed
• Support marketing in the long term strategies
• Observe the market and our competitors to find new opportunities
• Find opportunities for partnerships with other actors in the field
• Act as a point of contact between marketing and the product for all the questions and development around the CHSB
• Monitor our reputation and look for listing/marketing opportunities on different platforms
• Work with data team to build dashboards based on key CHSB metrics and monitor on an ongoing basis

What you might look like:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related quantitative field
• Excellent knowledge of token economics
• Experience in investing in crypto-currencies and knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem
• A strong ability to innovate and constantly find new opportunities.
• Independent with strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to extract information from quantitative data, and present it in a clear and concise way
• Must be independent, organised and detail-oriented, as well as have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
