Banking Operations Manager - Figure Pay

Figure Pay is looking for a Banking Operations Manager to help develop, maintain, and execute procedures and business processes to support ACH, Blockchain, and Debit Card processing and act as an expert in these areas for the business

What you’ll do:

• Provide second level support from customer and merchant inquiries related to ACH, blockchain and debit card transitions.
• Quickly triage production issues and lead resolution to any production related issues within these areas.
• Participate with the business on the formulation of product enhancements within ACH, blockchain and debit card payments, acting as a SME providing recommendations.
• Ensure all ACH processes are done in accordance with NACHA and regulatory rules.
• Be accountable for the development and ongoing management of business processes related to all debit card matters, including but not limited to daily reconciliation, dispute resolution, and vendor management of the processor.
• Build and manage the needed team to support the growth of the business with respect to the areas above
• Contribute to an exciting and vibrant office environment and team dynamic

What we look for:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in B2B support or sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of personality types via email, phone, and occasionally in person
• Strong understanding of ACH and Debit Card Processing and an interest in Blockchain
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
• Supervises the activities of others
• Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
• Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups
