We’re looking for a customer service representative to join the Delta team! You will engage with Delta users and assist them with using the app via multiple channels. This a contract full time role with an opportunity to work from home.
About Delta

What will you do?
- Proactively engage with Delta users, handling inquiries via social media, email or telegram to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
- Educate and assist clients with using Delta
- Document customer bug reports
Requirements
Must-have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Exceptional customer service capabilities and confidence in engaging with users across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills to identify the issue and find resolution
- Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team
- Literacy across a broad range of financial topics including cryptocurrencies, traditional equity markets, spot & margin trading, etc.
Nice-to-have
- Past experience in a customer service role
- Fluency in languages other than English
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Familiarity with the Delta app
