Our on- and off-ramp suite of products provides a seamless experience for converting between fiat and crypto using all major payment methods in over 160 countries. What youβll do π
- Lead our Business Development and Enterprise Sales activities.
- Define our go-to-market strategy and execution plan.
- Build, manage and develop the Business Development team
- Become an expert in the companyβs products and where they sit within the larger ecosystem.
- Take overall ownership of the Business Development pipeline across the team.
- Plan, manage, coordinate, strengthen and institutionalize Business Development operations.
- Establish MoonPay as a market leader in all of our target verticals.
- Initiate, facilitate, manage and build new partner relationships.
- Work with Marketing and comms on key initiatives.
You should apply if β
- You have held management and supervisory roles leading Business Development teams.
- You have extensive experience leading Business Development within the FinTech or Crypto space.
- You have experience coaching and developing a multidisciplinary Business Development team.
- You have got a track record of making businesses market leaders through sales growth and partnerships.
- You are able to cross functionally work with teams like Marketing to enhance and optimise your teams activities.
- You are able to understand FinTech or Crypto products and explain them to technical and non technical audiences so they understand their value proposition.
- Your data driven and understand what metrics to measure to understand how you can iterate and improve your team's approach.
