Business Analyst

Business Analyst Operations is a partner to business units, helping them to achieve operational excellence. As a business analyst you will get operations management experience, practical knowledge of setting OKRs, building process flow diagrams (BPMN), applying no-code/low code tools to automate processes. You will learn in detail how several business units work. Growth trajectory may include a unit lead role or a senior role in process automation/operations management.

Goals

• Ensure transparency, timely updates and execution control over implemented processes on a daily basis for dedicated units
• Help business units to develop and automate their processes

Functions

• Assist units in defining workflow in Platform Ops using task sheets, BPMN flowcharts, manuals. Ensure unit heads use them day-to-day
• Ensure onboarding tests are helping unit heads to grow and develop the team while keeping the processes rock solid
• Make execution of implemented process transparent to unit head and management using reports within Platform Ops
• Analyze workflow and team performance versus World best practices for the assigned units
• Test and implement operational improvement solutions using no-code tools, scripts, Platform Ops modules

Skills and experience:

• Business analyst / hands-on operations experience from 2 years
• Practical experience of process automation using scripts or no-code tools
• Tech background, Big-4 experience is a plus
