Strategic Initiatives Analyst/Associate

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth and business success across the organization. You will leverage your analytical skills as you partner with various internal stakeholder teams to guide strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement. You are excited to gain exposure to a wide range of different problem spaces -- spanning business strategy, tech/gaming, blockchain, and economics. You are comfortable diving deep into any task, be it strategic analysis, market research, or financial modeling. Strong candidates possess exceptional business judgement and communication skills to deliver consistent, high quality outcomes.

Requirements

In this role, you will...

• Tackle “special projects” for the leadership team -- such as evaluating new business opportunities, scoping projects that drive operational excellence, and spearheading initiatives that have organization-wide impact
• Leverage your outstanding eye for detail in creating high-impact presentations that incorporate thoughtful qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Manage schedules, verify milestones, and execute on goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify market opportunities and trends, with an emphasis on the blockchain and gaming industries
• Communicate data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and the leadership team
• Ultimately, work on strategic challenges that have major impact on Forte’s products and services, partners, and teams

To be a good fit, you have...

• A “roll up the sleeves” attitude that demonstrates a bias towards action and impact
• Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or management consulting firm
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for creative problem-solving with incomplete data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or a related field, and 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience such as consulting, financial services, strategy, business operations or program management

Bonus if you also have...

• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, visualizations and presentations
• An understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain technology, developer platforms, game design, and / or token economics. And, if not, a strong desire to learn!
