OverviewAt Blocknative, you’ll be designing tools used by some of the top blockchain projects. We’re excited to have you join our international team to help build foundational blockchain infrastructure.
You’ll join our highly skilled engineering team and help us build world-class innovative products and services that create new capabilities in blockchain infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our CTO and Product Manager to design, build and deploy new features.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the technical team and work closely with the growth team to help both new and existing clients get the most out of Blockantive.
• Responsible for providing support to Blocknative customers by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues across multiple channels (discord, social, and email).
• Communicate recurring customer patterns to the product team to help improve Blocknative’s offerings.
• Communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people.
• Assist with successful onboarding of new customers.
• Demonstrate and inspire a strong sense of teamwork.
• Demonstrate and inspire integrity, quality, and professionalism

Preferred* Experience:

• Ethereum and/or Bitcoin — proficient with the core concepts in the space.
• Experience in one or more of the following languages: Javascript, Typescript, Golang, Rust, Python, SQL, Shell scripting
• NodeJS and asynchronous programming techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build solid working relationships across the team — from individual contributors to the CEO
