Senior FP&A Associate

We are looking for an accomplished, strategically-minded Senior FP&A Associate to join our fast-growing finance team. The Associate will liaise closely with our finance & data teams in providing prompt assistance with financial planning, developing numerous models, and provide the wider business with key insights on the industry.
This role will require a high level of adaptability, proactive attitude, and willingness to grow your knowledge within the blockchain industry. You will apply your problem-solving skills and experience communicating business insights to advise the business on key cost-related decisions, working closely with multiple Senior stakeholders. Your Impact

• Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial data for Senior Management
• Create cost projection models for potential new blockchain integrations
• Analyze key value drivers using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Google Analytics
• Develop and stress test models for new products, assisting the business with key decisions
• Preparing current and forecasted cost projections for each area of the business
• Assist with the strategic growth of the FP&A function with a focus on scalability and process automation
• Close communication with the accounting team to ensure accurate alignment of financial data
• Dealing with Ad-hoc modeling requests from the wider business

Requirements

• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and understanding of the ecosystem
• 5+ years of proven experience of self-motivated working in an analytical environment
• Strong interest to learn and develop knowledge surrounding cryptocurrency data and analytics
• Hold a flexible approach to working in a startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in turning data and analytics into actionable insights
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills including experience managing C-Suite or equivalent stakeholders
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools a major plus
• Experience (hands-on or theoretical) translating ad-hoc models into structured data a major plus
• Accounting qualification a plus
