We are a skilled cross-functional team that chips into every area of the business, gaining a hands-on, birds-eye view of operations, taking ownership of our ideas and their fruition. We’re not obsessive clock-watchers but are an engaged, results-driven team.
In this vein, we’re looking for a like-minded individual. Someone with ideas, an inquisitive mind and productive energy. Someone eager to participate in every aspect of the business while dependably commanding their dedicated remit. This is what makes us strong, cohesive and gives us a commercial edge.
We are looking for a talented sales person to help grow our user-base. Someone who has a knack for sales, good understanding of trading concepts and the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
You will be the first sales-dedicated person at DeversiFi, as such you will work alongside the company leadership on building and managing the sales pipeline of traders. You will proactively generate leads, tap into relevant communities and speak with traders.
- Create and maintain lead generation pipeline of large traders
- Convert leads to start using DeversiFi
- Collect feedback from contacts with potential users in a systematic way and pass onto product team
- Take part in relevant online communities
- Increase DeversiFi’s presence in relevant trading circles/groups
- Represent DeversiFi at relevant industry events
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales position
- Great engagement and negotiation skills
- Understand trading concepts well, personally trading is a nice to have
- Understand the Ethereum ecosystem
- Knowledge of the opportunities that exist for traders in DeFi and on CEXes
- Inside multiple trading groups already (nice to have)
- Has a network of traders they know/have worked with (nice to have)
