Marketing Designer

Solana is a high performance blockchain that can enable growing decentralized applications and systems to scale without sacrificing security. The Opportunity

As our first Marketing Designer, you will work on elevating the Solana brand to one of the most recognizable brands in the crypto and broader tech space. You'll help us extend what we already have while also help us take some major steps into the future. Solana is a dynamic brand and we need your help to communicate that to the world.

You'll be successful if you have:

• The ability to translate our internal concepts into brand values, then translate brand values into elements and experiences that inspire people.
• A portfolio of exceptional web and visual design.
• Lead break-through brand expressions, campaign systems, and industry leading design.
• The ability to guide illustrators, animators, content writers, etc. in order to produce all the various elements of a great brand.
• Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to serve a global audience.
• Experience with a top brand, and know what it takes to make Solana stand out.

You are ideally:

• A great visual designer, thoughtful of your typography, color, hierarchy, and overall feel.
• Able to communicate visually to extend our brand.
• Able to translate internal feedback into cohesive materials to share with the world.
• Understanding of responsive web design and can design for multiple screens.
