Senior Technical Recruiter

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be collaborating with stakeholders across our organization to understand their unique hiring needs, provide advice on the criteria for their requisitions, source diverse candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will also work with cross-functional stakeholders to propose and lead hiring process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Help us find top software engineers who will play a key role in building our product
• Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our Software Engineering teams
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
• Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Protect and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
• Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience developing candidate pipelines through sourcing, referral generation, and partnerships
• High EQ and Empathy
• Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience
• Warm and positive demeanor
• Has experience with Bitcoin
• Finds Strike's mission inspiring and cares to see it realized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
