We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to own our global influencer strategy and lead our influencer partnerships, press outreach, and social media collaborations. What You’ll Do:

  • Grow and nurture influencer programs and collaborations by onboarding and educating new influencers on our product and vision
  • Lead the development & execution of a multi-faceted influencer strategy designed to improve the full marketing funnel—increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all company departments to maximize influencer presence and performance across channels (marketing, product, partnerships, etc.)
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy
  • Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, analyzing the data to make informed decisions
  • Lead influencer campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including paid engagements, unpaid nano seeding, and experiential integration
  • Lead contract negotiation with talent and/or their agents/managers, ensuring the clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables while driving cost efficiencies
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns with the content/marketing team
  • Develop our cross-channel influencer marketing strategy (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Podcast, etc.) as it relates to our primary site and our blog
  • Develop, implement, and grow a robust communication strategy to build community and keep influencers engaged with our product and company
  • Provide support to the Influencers to troubleshoot their way through our evolving platform
  • Assist with planning and execution of virtual and in-person events that include influencer attendance and/or participation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working in influencer marketing working directly with influencers
  • Deep knowledge of social media especially TikTok and Instagram and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends
  • Ability to multi-task and operate independently with little supervision
  • Be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end to end, with a knowledge of social media measurement & analytics
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to lead and influence projects, vendors, and teams
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cultural trends and innovations in the social realm
  • Growth mindset with a keen interest to learn and grow beyond the current skillset
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms
  • Has existing relationships with digital influencers
