Solidity Engineer

We are looking for a trustworthy and proactive Solidity Engineer with at least 2 years of experience (or a proven track record!). As a Solidity Engineer, you can expect to work on cutting-edge technology and projects, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other team members while taking a lot of initiative and ownership with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Writing Solidity code from a specification and/or, creating a specification from a higher level proposal.
• Making security a top priority and carefully analyzing code changes for potential vulnerabilities.
• Working with existing teams to further optimise, and debug Smart Contracts.
• Work with researchers to find optimal solutions to challenging problems.
• Work with the ChainSafe audit team.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Understands virtual machine architecture, memory, and stack.
• Tenacity to debug challenging issue for long periods of time. (Trying to make this not sound terrible)
• Passionate about digging into people's code.
• Basic knowledge of solidity security testing tools (eg: Truffle, Slither, Echinda, Mitrhil, etc...)

Bonus points

• Has audits that are publicly viewable.
• Has smart contracts in production (extra bonus points if they are actively used).
• Has made meaningful contributions to sol-c. or similar libraries on the compiler level.
