Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer you will be part of our product team. Our product discipline works across all areas of MoonPay (internal and external). We currently have 4 squads across Payments, Crypto, Compliance and Growth. Over time these squads will split out and we are also building new squads focusing on new revenue streams and product verticals.

What you’ll do 👀

• Help partners build the best MoonPay integration possible.
• Educate our partners on how to make the most of MoonPay’s features.
• Research existing integrations and suggest improvements.
• Create onboarding guides for easier integration.
• Handle day-to-day onboarding communication and support.
• Support the sales team with technical queries
• Become a subject matter expert on all MoonPay products and roadmap
• Build a strong relationship with the product team, providing regular input based on partner conversations

You should apply if ✅

• You have a deep understanding of product, UI, UX and copy writing.
• Have a technical understanding of APIs and experience dealing with technical queries
• You get energy from helping others and have high emotional intelligence.

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Remote take-home task (role dependent)
• Final interview (2 hours)
