What we’re looking for

We need a proven leader who will develop relationships with existing and potential new strategic partners, monitor and stay up to date with their goals and initiatives, and uncover new opportunities to grow existing partnerships.

The position will be heavily focused on working with external strategic partners and collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams. This is a high-visibility position and will be responsible for a portion of Cross River’s strategic vendors.

In order to be successful in this role, you must also have a strong passion for crypto assets. You likely have accounts on multiple exchanges, listen to crypto podcasts, and Metamask is your friend.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, build, monitor and report strategic partner KPI’s on a set frequency and manage issues or opportunities.
  • Leverage insights of existing partner portfolio to inform the development of new partnerships, (E.g., Joint sales and marketing efforts, etc.)
  • Independently recognize and drive communication across internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Manage project roadmaps. Align on goals, set milestones, create realistic deadlines and hold your team and yourself accountable to hit those deadlines.
  • Facilitate productive cross-team collaboration to support strategic partner optimization/enhancements (I.e., with product teams, business development, tech, etc.).
  • Solve difficult problems in a collaborative and supportive environment. Work across functions to remove roadblocks and ensure dependent tasks are managed and completed on time.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing strategic partners and vendors.
  • Identify and lead exploratory discussions with partner prospects, developing business, and partnership strategies.
  • Create written communications and presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner strategy and collaboration plans.
  • Has a positive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Can thrive in a multi-tasking environment across different initiatives.
