Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.
RECUR is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will help build and tailor fan experiences for some of the largest brands in the world across innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.
What you will do at RECUR
- Be the primary voice of the user in RECUR’s Product organization to help drive elegant user experiences across onboarding, engagement, payments, and more
- Shape RECUR’s product marketing efforts, including collaborating with the Product team to support product launches, drive growth and virality, and increase engagement post-launch
- Distill complex NFT and crypto-native problems and communicate solutions to RECUR’s Product team, helping improve RECUR user experiences
- Develop messaging strategies to highlight the value of RECUR’s branded experiences to both users and global brands alike
- Collaborate with the VP of Product & VP of Marketing to ensure marketing campaigns and messaging are consistent with RECUR’s products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RECUR’s Product, Engineering, Creative, Brand, and Gaming teams to gain valuable insights around RECUR’s products and communicate them to a global audience
- Explore user behaviors and build experiments to learn how and why customers engage with NFTs and NFT platforms, and implement these learnings to propel rapid adoption of RECUR’s products
- Continually identify opportunities to improve product marketing processes and implement plans to drive improvements
What you will bring to RECUR
- 3+ years of product marketing experience focused on consumer software, gaming, or enterprise software
- Proficiency with industry-standard product tools and software
- Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure product marketing is consistent with RECUR’s overarching business goals
- Ability to effectively elicit feedback from VP of Product and RECUR’s leadership team and quickly integrate it into product marketing strategy
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse industry backgrounds
- Consistent track record of success meeting deadlines and delivering work product
