We are looking for a generalist to help us supercharge our growth efforts by increasing our total addressable market for the crypto product. You'll be working closely with the expansion and authorisations team to look into new markets, as well as increasing our offering in current markets. We're looking for someone to roll up their sleeves and own this project, from initial scoping and strategy all the way to execution and implementation. Some experience working in crypto or financial services is desirable, but not essential.

Remittances

We are looking for a product operations manager to help us supercharge our crypto remittance products - i.e. crypto blockchain transfers in and out of the Revolut app. This is one of the most important new products which drastically changes the reach of Revolut’s crypto offering. You will be tackling complex challenges on the blockchain, working closely with developers, designers and product owners as part of this role.

New bets

We are looking for a generalist to push forward some exciting new product ideas in the Crypto team. We want to be one of the biggest players in the crypto space - to do this we need to vastly expand our crypto offering into new products. This person will help drive the initial scoping and strategy of multiple new product ideas - deep diving into details and finding innovative solutions to hurdles along the way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:
• Growing our Crypto footprint across different products and markets
• Leading and executing core infrastructure projects
• Proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

• You have graduated with a STEM/Economics/Finance degree & have 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• You have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tech company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities
• Experience working in crypto or financial services is desirable, but not essential
• You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL/Python/R or other coding language
• You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
• You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in
• You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
