Senior Designer

We’re hiring a web marketing designer to help bring these ambitions to life.

This designer will:

• Own the end-to-end designs for marketing experiences, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution
• Play an integral role in shaping the evolution of the Infura marketing and web design.
• Create high-quality marketing assets that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand.
• Collaborate with our marketers, product designers, and developers to continuously improve our web properties, creating a cohesive and consistent user experience.
• Research and propose new solutions to make our site more user friendly; focus must be in the user experience from start to finish, how people interact with our site in the big picture, and on the small details

What we ask for:

• 2-4 years (mid/intermediate level) of web/marketing design or art direction experience.
• A deep and diverse portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual design foundations.
• Passion for delving deep into brand strategy and creative executions for tech brands
• Experience designing for web, social, and email.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Ability to write semantic HTML/CSS to bring designs to life.
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance needs of the brand, the business, and it’s constraints.
• Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with a remote team.
• Effective and efficient written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of customer experience and the relationship between brand and product design.

Bonus points:

• Experience in illustration, animation, and branding.
• Experience in data-driven design and testing.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain and Ethereum.
• Experience designing A/B tests to help improve conversion.
