Operations Manager, Bounty Programs

Flipside is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the success of our Flipside Bounty Programs. This role is a key to our mission of engaging thousands of crypto enthusiasts to provide high-quality data analytics and business intelligence to crypto projects and blockchain protocols. You will be the internal lead for the Flipside Community Enabled Analytics bounty program, responsible for defining the strategy, operational execution, and continual data-informed testing to achieve our goal of building the highest quality community of data analysts in blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Internal lead responsible for building, operating and scaling the Flipside Community Enabled Analytics bounty programs, including defining key success metrics and growing the program into a core component of the Flipside product
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration; this program is a key to our business strategy and involves stakeholders from across the organization including Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Data Science and Analytics
• Strategy; understanding our high level objectives:
  • define the key success metrics and roadmap
  • optimize business outcomes through data-driven testing
• Operations; building on our existing Community Enabled Analytics bounty program:
  • develop processes to define relevant tasks/queries for our community of analysts
  • launch and promote tasks to the community on a regular cadence
  • evaluate and reward qualified submissions
  • surface the meaningful data insights back into the community
• Manage internal and external resources, including community members and partners, who collaborate to scale the program

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Operations, preferably in a fast-paced technical program environment
• Bounty/affiliate program experience and/or crypto/blockchain experience are strong plus, but not required
• Strong interest in both Operations and Marketing; this is a hands on role that requires passion for both tactical execution and creative thinking
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to details, taking pride in excellent program execution
• Passion for building and growing something new, ability to “wear many hats” in a rapidly evolving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with basic A/B testing and metrics-driven decision making
