Customer Experience Specialist

We are hiring two shifts currently:Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm Eastern (4am to 12pm Pacific)Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm Eastern (12pm to 8pm Pacific)

About You:

• You are deeply passionate about the customer experience
• You possess a track record of success in contributing to customer experience programs in high-growth environments
• Creative and analytical with a results-driven orientation, demonstrated through the ability to draw conclusions, themes, and trends from data analysis and inputs from a variety of channels, make recommendations on findings and communicate results effectively
• You have a strong grasp of customer experience industry tooling and trends, with experiencing working with a passionate customer base

What You’ll Do:

• Join our Discord Server and engage with our active and growing community of Yat enthusiasts, answering questions and helping to onboard new Yat Creators to "The Yativerse."
• Answering light technical questions and filing bug reports across all of our customer communication channels: Discord, Email, and Social Media
• Writing/Updating Knowledge Base articles in keeping with our internal style guide

Requirements:

• Fluent in English to a native (written) level
• Minimum of 1 year in the digital Customer Service/Support/Experience at a startup or hypergrowth company
• A computer capable of downloading apps such as Discord and loading multiple websites simultaneously.
• Reliable internet access

Bonus Points:

• Have previous knowledge of Yats and/or the crypto world
• Speak or write an additional language
• Enjoy creating art (if we have downtime, we'd love for you to turn your skills to making Yat art!)
• Knowledge of or interest in no-code workflow and automation tools, such as Airtable, Zapier, Typeform, etc.
