Python Developer (Telegram bots)

Functions:

• Product : Convert new candidates into hired.
• Measurement : Monitor, analyze and improve product metrics - conversions, virality, task completion, user retention, LTV.
• Development : Transform user's feedback loop insights to Backlog. Develop and refine bot system backend. Sync bot data with database, AmoCRM.
• Build hiring bot : Create an architecture due to necessary features.
• Activation and virality : Using viral, gaming and retention mechanics, develop highly-engaging experience that drives candidates not only to participate, but finish hiring process.
• Uptime : Ensure 100% uptime of bot systems with 0 data loss for candidate.
• Transparency : Ensure transparent of hiring process, eligibility, rules enforcement.

Requirement skills and experience:

• 2+ years experience with Python
• Knowledge of telethon framework or similar to build telegram bot
• Able to create high load applications
• Experience in server API development
• Knowledge and ability to write SQL queries (PostgreSQL and others).
• Understanding of microservice apps development principles
• As a plus Top-tier university graduate (MIPT, ITMO, Yandex School of Data Analysis) Regional or country level competitions (Olympics) participant
• Fluent English.
