Product Manager Viral Tools Growth

Functions:

• Market and competitor research: Find high-margin niches with next to no competition and analyze competitors' features to add them to LATOKEN products.
• Backlog ownership: Own Viral Tools backlog, perform grooming and retrospectives as well as define story points, priorities, business values and assign teammates to the tasks.
• Product development: Supervise the development of new products under LATOKEN to increase average revenue from users and their count.
• Feedback loop and product update: Create cust dev feedback loop and put the required updates into the backlog and use it to improve the products accordingly.
• Damage control: Work with QA teams to ensure transparency and safety of the Viral growth tools and products.

Requirement skills and experience:

Hard skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product management for IT/Fintech/Crypto.
• 3+ years of experience in managing teams of backend and frontend developers.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing products Experience with Agile framework and OKRs methodology.
• +2 years of experience in Growth Tools development.

Soft skills:
