Recruiting Coordinator

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be supporting our recruiting efforts and engaging with talent from across the world. You will be working with our Head of People and Recruiters to find and hire the best talent out there. You will be in charge of communicating with potential team members and make sure our recruiting process is seamless and efficient.

What will you do?

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates and interviewers are in the right place at the right time with the information they need
• Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are treated with care throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and organize candidates’ data (resumes, assignments, contact details, etc.) data using our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
• Design and update job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements and our brand spirit
• Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
• Assist with new hire onboarding as needed
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
