Partner Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. A solid understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are critical to this role.

You Will:

• Work cross functionally with the Head of the Celo Alliance for Prosperity and Regional Ecosystem Leads to identify priorities and partner marketing initiatives on a global scale.
• Work closely with the Head of the Alliance on the strategic partner roadmap.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for Alliance partners, managing regular communications with both existing and prospective Alliance members, driving announcement planning in partnership with comms, leading out on the execution of marketing efforts and identifying new ways to help partners scale their efforts.
• Manage geo-specific marketing, including developing and executing marketing programs that help achieve joint goals with partners. This can include, but is not limited to: lead generation activities, events, targeted campaigns, outbound exercises, brand awareness activities, and more.
• Develop, localize, maintain, and update content such as websites, blogs, case studies, video testimonials, product tutorials, brochures, banners, and more.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across product planning, business development, communications, and other marketing teams to execute time-sensitive initiatives.
• Report on the marketing effectiveness of your programs and take ownership of scaling them to drive continued success.

You Have:

• 10+ years experience in a partner marketing or similar role (startup experience ideal).
• An expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community.
• Experience in a technical environment; cryptocurrency/blockchain technology experience preferred.
• Experience shaping joint messaging and creating content with partners.
• Experience managing and building teams.
• Strong working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Strong experience managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.
• A self-starter mentality that can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes and reporting.
• Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
