We are looking for an experienced Regional VP of Sales to join our sales leadership team to execute our Americas sales plan and help scale the commercial team across the Americas. Given the senior level of this role you will also be responsible for representing Elliptic to a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your team will be responsible for helping prospective customers navigate cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory environments, clearly communicating Elliptic’s AML/KYC and Forensics Platform features and benefits. You come from a technology background, selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies and you’ve managed high performing teams who continually exceed targets!
As a VP of Sales Americas, you must:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota
- Lead, motivate and develop the Americas sales team. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Ensure that team and individual report’s targets are achieved
- Forecast accurately
- Take the lead on recruitment of additional resources as we grow the sales presence in the Americas in the future.
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Manage the use of budgets
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Represent Elliptic in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing sales teams executing business with $50-250K ACV’s
- Extensive experience in full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
- Ability to manage business strategy and pipeline with both high velocity short sales cycle mid-market business as well as complex long sales cycle high dollar enterprise business.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of generating net new business, and coaching team members in techniques to do the same.
- Demonstrated track record of individual & team success and quota over achievement - top 10% performer - personal achievement of sales campaigns/deals of $1,000,000 or more.
- A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset. You’re comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient
