What you’ll do 👀

• Produce high quality, engaging and original content that can be used cross-platform
• Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insights to the marketing team with hot topics, breaking news and market observations
• Conduct data analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Community management
• Source social partnerships and promotion opportunities
• First assist and then own the social media planning calendar and scheduling

You should apply if ✅

• Strong interest and personal involvement in the crypto ecosystem
• Have strong and clear written communication skills and an ability to capture brand voice and maintain an upbeat tone with a creative/fun spin
• Familiarity with social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Good with graphic design applications such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop and video editing software
• A meme connoisseur
• Self-starter that can work independently
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented
• Strong knowledge of memes and pop culture, and ability to be creative in ideating and generating social media content

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Remote take-home task (role dependent)
• Final interview (1-2 hours)
