As Design Operations Studio Manager, you’ll be part of Creative Studio: Kiva’s new in-house creative team. You’ll take responsibility for the planning, organization, management, and execution of creative projects. Projects will range from always-on content communication briefs to larger-scale 360 campaign briefs.

Together with the Product Design and Creative teams, you’ll turn briefs into creative production plans, and work with internal creative resources and external agencies or production companies to concept, execute, and deliver content. You’ll plan the resources needed for the project, arrange feedback rounds with key stakeholders, and ensure all deadlines are hit.

You’ll need to be a natural multitasker who’s never afraid to go the extra mile, familiar and confident in navigating the creative process – someone who can think on their feet to stay ahead of any obstacles along the way. You’ll need to be familiar with Waterfall and Agile workflows as well as be comfortable implementing new processes across departments.

At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing internal and external creative content requests
  • Planning, organizing, managing, and executing content projects
  • Stakeholder management – keeping in touch with everyone involved
  • Making sure we hit all project deadlines
  • Keeping track of the necessary budgets
  • Implement new processes and Project Management software/platforms

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience within a creative agency or studio as project manager/production manager
  • Experience working on 360 / multimedia global campaigns
  • Evidence of strong organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset, with a hands-on approach
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

What we offer:

  • An opportunity to improve real lives, solve hard problems, and change the world
  • Friendly, supportive, and adventurous environment with a team of engaged colleagues
  • A comprehensive, industry-leading benefits package
  • Opportunities to connect with and learn from colleagues and partners around the world
