In order to meet our company's goals, we need to hire the best and brightest talent and are seeking a creative recruiter to help us in that mission. Reporting directly to the VP, People Operations, as the second hire of the people team, you will be responsible for building a scalable recruiting process, managing a large number of open positions for the company, and providing support to other people ops initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the VP, People Operations to build a best-in-class recruiting process that is efficient and effective.
  • Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with managers, directors, VPs, and C-Level executives through strategy meetings, status updates, and constant communication.
  • Manage applicant tracking system ensuring effective engagement and usage of the system.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, video interviews, offers, and closing.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles.
  • Strategize on the best use of recruiting budget to attract the best, most relevant applicants.
  • Ensure recruiting strategy aligns with diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and is effective in finding diverse talent.
  • Manage any external recruiting agency relationships.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing and employee branding initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting capacity, ideally in a startup, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in recruiting metrics and thoughtful reporting of metrics.
  • Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals across levels and functions.
  • Technology recruiting experience required.
