M&A Intern

Responsibilities：

• Support M&A team to document current files, and optimize the process;
• Help perform research and analysis on the sectors and / or verticals of the team’s focus;
• Coordinate activities and communicate with other BUs in Binance；

Requirements:

• High integrity;
• Passionate about blockchain/cryptocurrencies and desire to leverage capital and technology to change the world;
• College Junior / Senior / MBA; Past internships or relevant work experience in venture capital, investment banking or startups;
• Work well as a team player and be highly self-driven.
