Are you passionate about developing people? Mythical Games is rapidly growing and we are looking for our first People Development team member. You’ll establish an end to end learning strategy and be on point to deliver extraordinary learning experiences that develop our team members and help us meet our business goals. Sound like you? This position will report directly to our SVP, People.
Responsibilities:
- Be our subject matter expert in learning and development. Design, lead and deliver learning and development programs that have high impact and cultivate and develop talent at all levels
- Develop a robust onboarding program that encompasses our brand and whereby employees have a strong sense of belonging and development from day one
- Actively work with business leaders and People team to design and deliver curriculum in areas such as management training, performance management, strengths-based leadership programs, high-potential identification and development, mentorship and on-boarding
- Develop a global leadership development strategy for new managers through seasoned leaders/executives
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement methods of measuring both program success and ROI
- Determine the right tools and software to facilitate and design the execution of learning solutions
- Document process flows in order to facilitate continuous improvement and identify current and future states
- Oversee learning and development program management and manage day-to-day actionable deliverables
Qualifications
- 6+ years progressive experience in L&D, OE, HR or Talent Management, ideally with experience in a high growth company
- High level of capability in the following areas: organizational effectiveness, group process facilitation skills, consulting skills, employee development, performance management, training design, implementation and delivery management
- Known as an engaging facilitator and trainer who makes learning both fun and practical, is able to build trust with participants
- Previously led budgets for moderate-sized projects or programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with our current and future team members
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with strong planning and process management skills
- Proven success working with all levels of employees
- Interest and enthusiasm for rolling up one’s sleeves and getting into the details of things
- Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Certification in one or more coaching tools and assessments highly desirable (Lominger 360, Hogan, MBTI, Strengths, etc.)
- Ability to travel to various US locations
