Business Operations Director - Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Develop a methodology to create new business functions within Partnerships organization
• Define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Implement a detailed project plan and metrics to track progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects to build new business functions
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability, allocation
• Manage, train and develop direct reports and entire teams

Requirements:

• Strong Programmer/Project Management experience focusing on the creation of new business functions in a global environment
• Previous work experience in a hyper growth “startup to unicorn” fintech environment
• Strong and clear communication skills – verbal and written
• Excellent leadership capability to manage people and processes
• Experience managing distributed teams and remote employees, especially in working with a broad set of international partners
• Result driven strategic thinker comfortable working in fast-paced environment
• Crypto knowledge and experience
• Agile / Scrum Certification / PMP is a plus
