Blockstream needs an IT infrastructure that can support our efforts to build the next generation of Bitcoin ecosystem. The team responsible for that effort needs a leader. As IT manager, you will lead the team that maintains our internal tools, keeps our physical infrastructure working, and supports internal customers.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

• The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal IT, providing services to employees of Blockstream, as well as managing the internal data center/hardware team
• Building out our IT team

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

• Team lead/leadership experience
• Data center/networking basics
• Experience running IT for a distributed company
• Desktop support experience

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous remote IT experience at a startup
• IT Degree
