Affiliate Manager

As an Affiliate Manager, you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and have an emphasis on growing our affiliate program by hunting for new affiliates while maintaining the existing affiliates and assisting them in their campaigns. You will have the opportunity to manage our entire affiliate marketing program including the strategy, development, and implementation of campaigns, maintain and grow our affiliate marketing partners, and continually analyze the program’s performance. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager that can work in a fast-paced environment, pivot priorities quickly, and has grown an affiliate marketing program at previous companies.

Responsibilities

• Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails
• Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals
• Grow and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates
• Provide training on affiliate management as needed
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers
• Strong partner or client management skills
• Passion for innovation, creative problem solving and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
