Internal Recruiter

As an Internal Recruiter, you will partner with our internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Service) to drive the recruiting process and bring in exceptional new team members to Stacked. You will have direct access to hiring managers and the Executive team as we further build our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a talent consultant for internal employees at Stacked
• Be an advocate for our internal Talent Acquisition team
• Act as a first line ambassador to our internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company
• Pipeline exceptional candidates for future opportunities at Stacked
• Manage the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience focused on internal talent
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Ability to build relationships by phone with top tier talent and key stakeholders
• Experience utilizing commonplace recruiting tools such as Lever and LinkedIn for sourcing and reporting
• Flexible working in a fast paced, ever changing, environment
