Compound Treasury - Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is responsible for building our audience; generating new customer opportunities; and building a marketing team to drive growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop strategy to acquire customers; fintech/neobank, institutional investors, crypto startups/funds
• Originate customer acquisition channels (events, advertising, brand, content)
• Drive opportunities for sales/BD
• Develop reporting on efficacy of marketing efforts & spend
• Manage & monitor the funnel to refine marketing strategy
• Build the marketing organization; hire, train, and mentor

What You Bring to the Team:

• Leadership in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Experience building or scaling a marketing team
• Experience at startup; fintech or crypto startup experience is even better
• ​​Experience with developing campaigns around new products
