Asset Management Specialist

What You'll Do

• Work with an exceptional team of security, engineering and product leaders and their team members to deliver mission critical projects.
• Performs various IT asset administration duties related to the organization's development projects and infrastructure.
• Administers systems for tracking IT asset life cycles, managing inventory and maintaining information on all development and infrastructure inventory, attributes and relationships.
• Manage the inventory related to approved third party software and tools used in the development process.
• Assist in tracking and coordinating all testing requests and reoccurring testing requirements.
• Perform analysis and assist in the sunset and archiving of inactive projects and tools.

Who You Are

• 2+ years experience working in a fast-paced growing company.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams.
• Tenacious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans.
• Superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up on process.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.
• Resilient determination to push projects through to completion, regardless of how often priorities and deadlines may shift in a dynamic environment and rapidly growing industry.
• Inherently curious about how things work and the ability to self-educate when necessary.
• Have strong interest in, or basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
