Details:

• Story: The Finance unit needs an automated finance process (reporting and tools) to decrease human factor and increase financial efficiency.
• Goal:
  • Finance tools usability rate >4, by the end of Q4.
  • % automated finance reports >90, by the end of Q4.
• How:
  • Design and Deliver tools to easily manage Budgets & PNL.
  • Automate to Remuneration and KPI bonuses calculations and approving process.
  • Automation of registration of applications on the platform for further formation of the purchase book.
• Conditions:
  • Simplicity and reusability of UX and libs to develop advanced experience rather than spreading focus across multiple similar libs.
  • 80 % test coverage.

Main performance number: % Kpi automated
Second performance number: Avg hours for calculate salary
Third performance number: Avg hours for finance reporting (CF, PNL, MM, Custody report)

Functions:

• Salary : Automate the calculation, approval of changes to the salary, so that it takes no more than 1 day.
• KPI : Automate the calculation and approval of KPI changes, make these values transparent to each employee.
• Reporting : Create and automate all major financial statements (CF, PNL and other) and instruments on the operations and 1c platform.
• Signing : Automate the system for signing contracts (offers, contract changes, calculating options, etc.).
• Attendance: Create an effective time attendance system for calculating salary.
• Monitoring : Continuous monitoring of possible errors and discrepancies in reports.

Requirement skills and experience:

• Hard Skills:
  • Django AND / OR React experience 2+ years (middle / senior).

• Stack:
  • Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Celery, Git, SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • AND / OR
  • React, Redux, HTML5, SCSS, SASS, Typescript, Docker.

• Operations business processes automation experience.
• MIPT, ITMO degree as a strong advantage.
• Client-oriented.
