Product growth manager

Our Growth Manager is responsible for thinking strategically about how to improve and grow users going into, and throughout the funnel and product itself. We are looking for someone who enjoys going down the rabbit hole to investigate things like onboarding flows, viral loops and conversions with the ability to identify and propose actions over and above!

You will take the lead to turn your ideas into concrete actions & results, making a genuine impact on revenue targets.

Joining an innovative company in defi, you will work on a daily basis with the Product Managers, Design Team & engineers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build the growth roadmap: find growth opportunities in our product & exploit them, from activation to activation, retention & referral, in order to hit our revenue goals.
  
• Model a data-driven mindset and take an analytical approach to everything you do. Bring the company along on the journey and provide regular reports to stakeholders on growth activities and results.
  
• Examine user insights and market data on a daily basis to make your decision. Help the user research when needed.
  
• Drive iterative testing across our product in close collaboration with our Product, Engineering and Design teams. Experiment, experiment, experiment!
  
• Apply the growth strategy with the wider team to deliver world-class growth initiatives.
  
• Support knowledge sharing and coach stakeholders on how best to achieve impactful results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in growth marketing
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  
• Previous experience at a fast-paced tech startup
  
• Full working proficiency in English

Our first product, Request Invoicing, allows any business and organization to bill and receive payments in both traditional currencies and digital ones such as USDC, DAI and USDT among many others in the list.

Our global and fully remote team is constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to empower Defi (decentralized finance) and Crypto first businesses around the world.
