Developer Success

To sustain the company's growth and the permanent market demand for additional cryptocurrencies, token, and services on its retail products (Ledger Nano S, Ledger Nano X, Ledger Live), Ledger is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual with extensive interest for crypto-markets to work with third party developers and provide with help along the integration lifecycle.

Missions

• In charge of proactively validating Platform applications (Nano applications, Live Apps, Blockchain integrations)
• Be the point of contact for external developers on both technical and general process questions
• Synthesize feedback in order to drive continuous improvement to Ledger overall platform experience.
• Improve operational integration processes and testing workflows in coordination with key stakeholders from other departments (engineering, security, marketing, etc.)
• Provide in-depth technical support to assist the Customer Success team and escalate relevant issues when deemed necessary
• Be a Ledger ambassador within the developer community.
• Participate in crypto events and meet-ups, workshops to promote Ledger solutions
• Monitor emerging trends in cryptocurrencies adoption, blockchain technology, and blockchain services in general

Qualifications

• Having a Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or top-tier Business school.
• Relevant experience in software development and knowledge about blockchain technology
• Proven experience in customer interaction and technical support
• Having a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and an excellent understanding of the ecosystem
• Adversarial thinking
• Fluent in French and English

• Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a start-up company or in fintech preferred
