Principal Product Manager, Crypto Asset Management

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Republic Crypto in reimagining the future of digital asset security. You will work on a small, elite team to launch new digital asset management solutions for individual and institutional investors.

What you'll do:

• Lead strategic initiatives from inception to delivery across the asset management portfolio
• Partner effectively across functions, departments, and companies to define requirements, develop go-to-market plans, and analyze business outcomes
• Transform technical complexity into market-facing propositions that drive investor demand and foster internal understanding
• Deliver measurable business impact by aligning team efforts to the highest value opportunities and empowering the team to focus on them
• Make informed tradeoffs and communicate your decisions proactively

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years experience in Product (experience with greenfield, early lifecycle product development and/or early-stage startups preferred)
• Enthusiasm for cryptography, blockchain technology and/or information security (endless curiosity preferred)
• Experience developing products in regulated verticals, navigating regulatory compliance obligations
• Experience working effectively and collaboratively with a high degree of autonomy
