Technical Recruiter - Remote

This role is a full-time remote position, and you’re free to work from anywhere. Be advised that most team meetings occur between 8 am and 12 pm Pacific Time (UTC-8/-7). If you're applying from a location where these hours are outside your usual working hours, we expect you to adapt to our meeting times.

What you will be doing:

• Source, interview and hire top talent
• Provide a great experience for every candidate in all stages of the process
• Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure everyone is prepared during the interview process
• Provide recruiting metrics to the hiring managers, as well as to the Recruiting Manager
• Assist with interview training
• Posting on job boards and evaluating their effectiveness
• Support special projects

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience within recruiting, in either an agency or in-house environment
• A consultative approach and demonstrated success developing business partner relationships
• Track record of accountability, strong work ethic, integrity and proven organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as project management and organizational skills
