Project Manager

At Blocknative, you will be working with some of the top blockchain projects to help them manage the mempool. We are excited to have you join our global, remote team to help scale foundational blockchain infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient processing and flow of engineering work to completion. We are a shipping-oriented company that ships quality software every sprint.
• Manage the relationship between various internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Oversee and maintain sprint metrics. Deeply familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Assist Product Management in sequencing and managing engineering projects. Help in managing technical backlogs, and prioritizing new features vs. tech debt.
• Turn support data and product usage data into impactful customer experience improvement opportunities and feature ideas together with Product Management.
• Deliver high-quality results and project output, inclusive of active participation in effective sprints and deep analysis of operational challenges.
• Work effectively to complete projects while collaborating with team members across multiple continents.
• Be able to clearly communicate ideas in writing and manage asynchronous channels (Slack, Discord, etc.).

Preferred* Experience:

• Ethereum and/or Bitcoin — proficient with the core concepts in the space.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial services, technology, and/or customer support, specifically in a project and/or program management capacity running large scale and multi-faceted initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools including Google Apps, Hubspot, Notion, etc.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
• Have effectively managed multiple projects to completion in a startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and customer experience.
