US Tax Manager

Celsius Network is seeking a Global Tax Manager to join the Global Tax Team located in Tel Aviv,

Israel. The Global Tax Manager will be reporting to the Global Tax Director in Tel Aviv and will work
closely with Finance, Business and Tax colleagues around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage US and related cross border taxation of the Group.
• Managing US compliance process with ongoing statutory tax requirements (including
  Federal, State, Sales, Use and other taxes);
• Manage local tax audits.
• Manage client reporting (1099 in its different forms) through with third parties and other
  stakeholders in the group.
• Manage domestic and cross border tax structuring activities, being a focal point for
  internal and external key stakeholders.
• Support tax accounting related activities, including deferred tax reconciliations, analyze
  valuation allowances, foreign remitted and unmerited earnings, and tax credit
  utilization.
• Manage Federal and local tax relationships with external tax advisors and foreign controllers, to ensure full compliance with international and local tax policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in tax accounting.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in US tax compliance or accounting is required.
• US CPA preferred.
• Tax Accounting experience – a significant advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Hebrew and English.
  Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Israel and International Tax Planning and Structuring.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate broadly and develop highly effective
  relationships inside and outside the organization.
