Corporate Account Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Corporate & VIP clients in onboarding process where assistance is required
• Once onboarded you will be the primary point of contact for day to day queries on their account
• You will be required to help the client navigate the firm, acting as their eyes and ears within Celsius and also making them. aware of other products and services which may be of relevance to them (i.e. cross-selling)
• Through direct interaction with our clients you will be responsible for building strong lasting relationships with them

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a directly customer facing role with focus on building trust and nurturing customer relationship
• A background in financial services and/or cryptocurrency. In the absence of experience in cryptocurrency, you must demonstrate a keenness and curiosity to learn about the sector
• An individual with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor is required
• A passion for dealing with people and a desire to assist them in solving their problems also required
  
• The candidate will need to be dynamic, energetic and be willing to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing company
