Entities Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Since our company is growing we are looking for an Entities Management Specialist who could help with maintaining a large portfolio of international firms and licenses in the financial sector. In this position, you would be responsible to maintain compliance within international subsidiaries and support their processes in gaining and maintaining a license.

What you’ll do:

• Create worldwide regulatory requirements for entities and provide strategic input on the development of the different entities
• Create regulatory policies, documentation and documents
• Operationally work with international Entities to maintain their Group Compliance and support them in maintaining compliance
• Research and summarise complex regulatory texts and create proposals for the management
• Write practical applications and policies and analyse complex cases independently
• Support the creation of licence applications and implement the appropriate regulations
• Independently work on projects with regulatory focus
• React and answer to requirements by authorities
• Monitoring of regulatory developments

Who you are

• Studies in law or business law (Master or similar for regulatory requirements)
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with financial market law and or in setting and controlling group-wide Regulatory Compliance requirements
• General understanding of crypto assets and financial market law
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organisational skills, sound judgment and attention to detail
• Diplomatic and effective communicator who is able to break down complex projects and communicate those to all stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English is required
