Director of Marketing, Republic Crypto

We are seeking a self-starting, rigorous individual to join the Republic Crypto dream team that’s comfortable with growing and managing the marketing for a global crypto brand and industry thought leader.

What you'll do:

• Work with Republic Crypto teams to develop the macro marketing strategy that drives our brand to sit with our industry leaders
• Own the strategy and execution for all branding, content, social, community, advertising, conferences, events, and media
• Collaborate with Republic CMO on maintaining messaging between platforms
• Hire or oversee all external vendors and internal service level agreements related to marketing
• Leverage industry relationships to deepen our global partnerships and cobrand future collaborations

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience; driven marketer ready to steer a rocket-ship to next phase of growth
• Experience working within the blockchain or investment sector is required; Demonstrated ability to own and be accountable to multiple stakeholders, including executive ownership and accountability
• Highly organized and strategic, with ability to roll-up the sleeves and execute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different platforms: social, email, etc
• Adaptable, positive, with an attitude of success
• Comfortable working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
