Tracking Expert (f/m/d)

As a Tracking Expert you will be the major knowledge holder and implementation owner for all tracking technologies in the company. You will be a part of our marketing analytics team and will collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams on an implementation of a coherent tracking set-up.

What you will do:

• Own set-up strategy and implementation across all tracking tools, including GTM, GA, Adjust, Segment
• Support our marketing and product teams with data collection needs/ design and implementation of needed tracking strategies
• Stay ahead of the tracking game by constantly updating and challenging your own and company’s knowledge around tracking technologies
• Find solutions for upcoming industry challenges such as tracking in the post-cookie world or implementation of the most efficient tracking set-up in terms of website/app performance as well as set-up scalability
• Collaborate with our analytics and tech teams around the topics of correct tracking set-up, correct interpretation of collected data, tech performance optimization (e.g. website/app speed/ performance improvements via tracking changes)

What we expect:

• 1-2 year(s) of experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of most common tracking technologies and tools such as GTM, GA, Adjust/Tunes and/or others
• Experience in setting up marketing pixels and app trackers
• Drive to always stay ahead of the game, always keep yourself and the company informed about the recent changes in tracking technologies
• Ideally, a background in computer science or mathematics
• Can do attitude
• Structured well-organized approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
