Kiva’s Content Marketing Intern will work directly with the Content Marketing Manager to source, maintain, and analyze Kiva’s pipeline of amazing borrower and lender stories. You should be a strong communicator who is eager to learn about the world of storytelling and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing managers, internal teams, and partners on implementing marketing strategy
  • Assist in organizing the documentation for Kiva content resources - both past and in-flight
  • Manage Kiva's Digital Asset Management platform
  • Support projects with external video and photo production companies
  • Support weekly meetings with the Marketing team
  • Understand Kiva’s product and brand value propositions
  • Understand Kiva’s core customer and target growth audience
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
  • Prepare, format and edit a range of documents

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age or older by January 18th, 2022
  • Able to commit to the full 6-months term
  • Curiosity and appetite to learn
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Google Suite applications including Sheets, Docs and Gmail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Preferred: Fluency in Spanish
